Monthly Goal: January 2012

My goal for January 2012 is to stop eating unhealthy sweets and cook more healthy meals.

My Top 10 Reasons (Just in Case I Forget Them Along the Way)

  • I want to be the center of the party and make other people whisper how gorgeous I look.
  • I want to prove myself that people can change and your life is not determined by your past
  • I want to feel sexy naked
  • I want to be the best possible me that I can be and enjoy my life as Iong as I am healty and young. You only live once and have only one body-
  • I don't want to have a muffin top
  • I want to kick ass and run faster/longer
  • I want to be a good example
  • I want to look good in a bikini next summer
  • I want to feel strong and powerfull, not weak and angry at my self for being over weight and lazy.
  • I want to wear all my cloths and feel pretty in them
